It depends on your age, skin condition, and budget. Generally, most customers who follow the directions to drink 1 bottle of Taut daily see results within the first 3 weeks. Once you begin to see results, you can continue to drink every day for another 3 weeks before switching to maintenance - which is drinking 1 bottle 3 to 4 times/week, or every other day.

Can I drink Taut Collagen in the morning, and not at night before bed?

Yes, you can drink in the morning, best is 30 minutes before breakfast and coffee. For best results, we do recommend drinking at night, on an empty stomach, right before bed.
